What's Included
The Ventus model is simple: you pay for the treatments and their motors, and everything from the first visit to the last adjustment comes with it. No hidden fees, no installation charge, no programming fee.
Before You Book
Most of them: roller, roman, cellular and solar shades, wood and faux wood blinds, drapery on a motorized track, and Norman shutters through PerfectTilt™ louvers. We confirm what works for each window at your consultation.
Rechargeable battery motors need no wiring and suit most homes as they are. Hardwired motors make sense in a renovation or new build, where wiring can run before the walls close. We'll recommend one room by room.
Often, yes. Norman's ShadeAuto system works with Alexa, Google Assistant and Apple Home through its hub, and other systems vary. We check compatibility for your home and connect it at installation.
Pairing each motor and remote, setting up the app with your rooms and groups, building scenes and schedules, linking your voice assistant, and showing you how it all works. It's part of the service, and we come back if anything needs adjusting.
